Buyer’s broker is compensated per agreement between Seller & Seller’s broker

1% Rebate Option

Most broker Buyer services included.
Buyer may choose from 7 optional closing services for a nominal fee.
Buyer is rebated 1/3 of Buyer’s broker commission.

2% Rebate Option

“Do it yourself” Buyer
Buyer may choose from 8 optional broker services for a nominal fee.
Buyer is rebated 2/3 of Buyer’s broker fees.
4 House showing limit

In addition to these options for home buyers, 3 Options Realty can help you with a Lease-Purchase arrangement.
