When your client is ready to buy or sell again, we send them right back to you. We guarantee it with 100% commission protection.
Our Promise to You
- You'll receive a $500 referral fee for every new property owner you refer once their property is successfully leased.
- Any future buying or selling opportunities from that owner are referred back to you, the original referring agent.
- If we don't refer the client back to you for a purchase or sale, we will pay you 100% of our commission from the transaction.
- We provide expert rental analysis on investment deals your clients are considering. Branded however you prefer, so it reflects your service, not ours.
