Transparent Billing You Can Trust

Vendor bills and receipts are emailed monthly along with your Owner Statement, and are also available through your online Owner Portal. You'll always know exactly what was spent, on which unit or shared space, and why, with no markup added to vendor invoices, so you pay exactly what the vendor charges.
